- Riosul Agency (Licence Nr 511/86) acts as intermediary between their clients on the last and the Transport Company and other suppliers on the other.

- Riosul Agency will not be held responsible for any resulting damage cancellations or delays of the excursions.

- In no case can Riosul Agency be held responsible for any resulting damage due to death or personal damage, loss of belongings, during the excursions.

- Any disputes upon this contract will be solved in the Court of Vila Real de Santo António.

Important: Excursion cancelled less than 24 hours before departure, no refund.
